Dville 3 on 3 Student Registration

Get ready to hit the court! The Dville 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament is happening on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Mason Creek Middle School in Douglasville. This exciting event is open to all 4th and 5th graders and is a great way to build teamwork, show good sportsmanship, and stay active.

A team can have a maximum of 6 players (boys and girls). When you register, please be en and help create a memorable experience for everyone.

Parental Release

I certify that the child registered above, does not have any physical conditions, disabilities, illnesses, or weaknesses that might interfere with safe participation in this activity and acknowledge that I voluntarily accept all risks of injury to persons or property. I, the parent or guardian of the above named child, waive any and all responsibilities from the organization of the tournament. DCEF 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, their officers, agents, employees, volunteers and any other tournament sponsor from being responsible for any liabilities, injuries or damages which may be suffered as a result of participating in this event.
